IST International is in the business of manufacturing and developing electronic, micro controller & mechanical devices and systems. It also utilizes it assets to design hardware & software, consult, train, service, and sell devices that are controlled by our customers by the use of a signal.

Customer needs we satisfy:Our current products benefit the police, FEMA, road construction, street departments, public works, military and airline industries. Our safety products are used in over 300 installations all over the world. Our products are use to direct, warn, signal, and communicate a message.

IST International effectively leverages all resources including the individual skills and talents of all employees in the conception, development and delivery of our products. Further, IST International's core competency lies in its ability to perform continual environmental scanning and transform a recognized need into better solutions for individuals. Our company was born out of a recognition of a need to improve the safety of law enforcement, and the DOT through better solutions to common traffic problems.

IST International developed its products to meet the growing risk to persons who direct traffic on our streets on a daily basis. These products are meant to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of traffic control. The apparent benefit to the primary customer, local and state police departments, is greater safety in the deliverance of traffic control through the use of better technology, while increasing their ability to serve the public.

Patents & Proprietary Technology

IST International has secured a patent for our products. Included in that patent are the revolutionary utilization of LED technology as the primary light source. IST International believes the achievement of a patent secures the right as a sole provider of a portable traffic signals to the market and thus provides an undeniable and unsurpassable competitive advantage.

Steps Toward Building A Capable Organization

IST International recognizes the importance of the following key steps during the corporate building and all subsequent phases of business. 1) Selection of Key Personnel, 2) Building of Core Competencies, 3) Employee Training, 4) Matching Organization Structure & Strategy

The proceeding steps will act as guidelines in the selection and the implementation of key strategies by upper-management. Upper-management recognizes the importance of addressing each of the proceeding steps during the formation, infancy, and maturation stages of forming its company.
