From a few hundred feet to tens of miles we will work with you on the best wireless communication, technology, encryptions, frequency, antenna, or transmission tower for each of your unique applications or geography. Wireless Systems are less expensive at longer distances and most of the time even shorter distance when you add up all the cost & labor for wired systems.
RC is one-way but transceivers need 2 radios for two-way communication.

Vehicle Detectors

“Wireless” low cost, short range, and long-range microwave systems and “Wired” in ground, reusable surface mount loops, or pneumatic hose. Adding this to a traffic signal system will greatly improve traffic flow especially for the RDTL or RDTL-AC single lane flagger systems reducing the wait time, and preparing to cycle before traffic approaches the work zone. It is also used to activate other IST products as a standard part of the system.

Solar Power

IST systems use low power LED signal lights and solid state electronics that will last several shifts with only one battery but we do have 65w or 11w panels that will extend your battery operation or will be totally self sufficient never needing maintenance or battery recharge. Deep cycle, marine batteries are best suited for our systems. Sealed gels are nice to reduce acid spillage.
